Term & Conditional

1）Items sold are not refundable or exchangeable. Please refer to the details carefully for each item. We will ship our items through Poslaju. Please inform us through email when you receive you items.

2）Colour of items may vary due to monitor and camera setting. Due to different methods of measuring, allow about 1 inch difference for the stated measurements.

3）Items will be reserved for 3 days from the day the order form is submitted. If payment is not made within 3 days, the reservation will be automatic cancel.

4）There are no any changing order / cancel order after make payment. There are no any refunds for those who cancel order. Please think clearly before you order.

5) Prices are final and non-negotiable. Items price stated does not include postage fees.

6）We will NOT be held responsible for any lost or damage cause during delivery process. However, we will make extra care during handling and will double check the items before sending out.

7）By using the site, you are AGREEING on our Terms and Conditions.

3）顾客下单后，我们将为该顾客保留商品三天。请付在三天内付清100%的款项。 如逾期汇款，订单将会自动取消。

4）汇款后，如要取消或更改订单，汇款不会被退还。在购买前请三思，以避免不必要的误会或争吵。

5）本店商品均为定价，不接受任何杀价。所有商品售价均不包括邮费。

6）本店将不对任何在邮寄过程中，所造成的遗失和损坏负责。当然，我们将会在寄出该货品前仔细检查，并小心包装。请美眉们放心。

How to Order 购物流程

HOW TO ORDER?

1) Browse and select your favourite clothes from the collections. (Please check carefully the details that we provided.)

2) Copy down the Product Code. Fill up and submit the Order Form below. (Plese leave a message in the comment box to inform us after u fill up. Thanks ^^)

3) We will reply you through email to double confirm all the product and total amount.

4) After the confirmation, you have to make Full payment (Product Price + Postage Fee) to our Maybank account within 3 days, otherwise your order will be automatically cancelled.

5) Please send a copy of your receipt to our email as a proof of payment. You can do it by scanning or even taking photo of it as long as it is clear and readable.

6) Once we received your payment, we will proceed to send you your items within 7 days.

7) You will receive our email in the day we send you items with the tracking code of your parcel as reference.

4) 预购被确定后请在3天内汇款 (总额=商品价+运费) ，否则3天后将自动取消订单。

5) 付款后，请通过电邮发送您的收据副本以作证明 。您可通过扫描器或利用相机，手机拍摄只要确保它能够看得清楚即可。

6) 我们收到您的款额后，将会在七天内寄出您所购买的商品。

7) 我们将会通过电邮通知您寄出日期和包裹编码以作参考。
